This report provides information about the processes and procedures undertaken during the reconstitution and induction of the board of directors of Community Empowerment for Creative Innovation (CECI UGANDA). It presents a rationale for the reconstitution of the board and discusses the processes and strategies partaken in the restructuring of the board and recruitment of board members. Likewise, it highlights the key processes and initiatives undertaken for induction of the board to achieve its effective performance in steering the organization’s growth.
