Community Empowerment for Creative Innovation (CECI Uganda) is a Refugee-Led Regional Non-Governmental Organization registered with the National NGO Bureau (Reg. Number 9031) and has been incorporated as a company Limited by Guarantee in September 2020 under section 18(3) of the Companies Act 2012 in the Republic of Uganda (Reg. 80020002697777). CECI has a mandate to operate in the Refugee Response in all Refugee Settlements in Uganda with permission from the Office of the Prime Minister of Uganda-Refugee Desk-Kampala Uganda. CECI has continued to implement various projects aimed at improving services for refugees and host communities in Bidibidi Refugee Settlement-Yumbe District. These projects have focused on protection, education, livelihood, environmental protection, and conservation.

ELIGIBILITY
- Must be a registered business with physical location.
- Have a TIN number from URA.
- Have a bank account in the name of the business/company
- Have evidence of valid income tax clearance Certificate from URA for a year.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOE ELIGIBILITY:
a) A copy of certificate of registration/ Incorporation
b) A copy of Memorandum and Articles of association
c) A Copy of bank statement for the last 6 months.
d) Evidence of relevant experience for the last one year in a related category (Attach copies of contract and local purchase orders).
e) Well defined price/ Budget
f) Expected time of delivery from date of purchase order.
g) Payment method
h) Submission of relevant documentation (motorcycle).
How to apply (Hand delivery only).
- All interested applicant must indicate the name, address, postal, physical location, email and telephone contact, stamped in the application letter).
- The EOI document shall be put in a sealed envelope clearly marked for example XL HONDA, LAPTOPS OR SCANNER FEB 2026.
- The applicant must indicate which goods they are targeting to provide services for
- Applications must be hand delivered to the Koboko office only.
- Late application: Any application received after the deadline for submission of application presented shall be rejected.
- All applications will be opened internally at respective CECI office stated. CECI deserves the right to visit and inspect business premises of all the applicants to verify information provided.
- The Advert will run from 27th February 2026 and the deadline for submission will be on Friday 6th March, 2026 at 5:00PM.
