This Board Policy establishes the framework guiding the roles, responsibilities, policies, and ethical standards of the Board to ensure effective oversight, strategic leadership, accountability, and sound governance across CECI Uganda’s operations and decision-making processes.
Conflict of Interest Declaration Form
This Conflict of Interest Declaration Form is used to protect CECI Uganda’s integrity, transparency, and accountability by requiring Board members to disclose any financial interests, relationships, or personal connections that may create an actual, potential, or perceived conflict, and to commit to ethical conduct, disclosure, and recusal where necessary.
