The CECI Uganda 2024 Annual Report is here, and we’re proud and deeply grateful to YOU for your contributions that made our work possible. Read CECI Uganda’s 2024 Annual Report.

This year, CECI Uganda directly reached 11,056 people from refugee and host communities across Yumbe, Koboko, and Obongi. Together, we:

  • Supported 235 youth and teenage mothers to continue their education.
  • Equipped 173 women and youth with skills to access jobs and start businesses.
  • Mobilized 1,825 parents and caregivers to enroll girls in school.
  • Enabled 150 households to plant 3,000 Shea trees.
  • Engaged 6,921 people in GBV and conflict prevention, cultural preservation, and Shea tree conservation.

Behind every number are youth, children, women and girls, and persons with disabilities who are becoming more self-reliant and stepping forward as agents of peace.

As you read, we hope you continue to trust and invest in Refugee-led Organizations like CECI Uganda. Your support allows us to continue innovating, piloting, and scaling up local solutions that expand access to education, improve food security, promote peace, conserve the environment, and enhance access to clean energy for communities.
